●內模式壓樣(yàng)，壓頭行(háng)程100毫米(mǐ)。可用(yòng)於(yú)硼(péng)酸(suān)，鋼(gāng)環，鋁杯，塑環等(děng)各類壓樣方式，適(shì)用範圍廣，作(zuò)穩(wěn)定(dìng)。 Adopted internal mould sample-press, pressure head travel is 100 mm. The products can be used for various kinds of sample-pressing methods such as boric acid, steel ring, aluminum cup, plastic ring etc., with characteristics of broad scope of application and stable working.
●有(yǒu)的緩加壓，慢退模程序更有利(lì)於保證壓樣合(hé)格率，提壓樣樣(yàng)量(liáng)。 With specific programs of slow pressurization and slow mould-release, the products are favorable to ensure acceptance rate of sample-press, improve sample quality of sample-press.
●別的(dí)集成液壓(yā)管(guǎn)道模塊(kuài)不僅使組(zǔ)裝更(gēng)加(jiā)方(fāng)便，而且(qiě)減少了(liǎo)漏(lòu)油(yóu)機會(huì)。 With integrated hydraulic pipe block being specially designed, it not only makes assembling easier, but also reduces the chance of oil leak.
●加(jiā)厚的油箱蓋板使(shǐ)油泵和電磁閥的動(dòng)作(zuò)噪(zào)音(yīn)更小。 With thickening oil-tank cover-board, it makes acting noise of oil pump and solenoid valve smaller.
●采(cǎi)用由可控(kòng)矽集成的固態(tài)模塊替代傳(chuán)統的接觸器(qì)避免了由於電(diàn)機頻(pín)繁(fán)啟(qǐ)動(dòng)而引起的各類故障(zhàng)，有效提了該(gāi)分的(dí)使(shǐ)用壽命(mìng)。 Adopted solid-state block of integrated silicon controlled to replace traditional contactor, it avoids various kinds of troubles caused by frequent starting of motor and efficiently increases service life of this section.
●繼電器控(kòng)製(zhì)分采(cǎi)用(yòng)印刷板(bǎn)焊接結構(gòu)，減(jiǎn)少(shǎo)了(liǎo)控製箱的接綫，提(tí)了(liǎo)電器(qì)控(kòng)製的可(kě)靠(kào)性(xìng)。 The Control section of relay is adopted the welding structure of printed circuit board, it reduces wiring of control box, improves reliability of electric control.
●控(kòng)製(zhì)電源采用低壓(yā)24V，作更(gēng)加(jiā)安可靠(kào)。 Control power source is fully adopted low-voltage of 24V, which makes work safer and more reliable.
