用途(tú):
能(néng)準確(què)地(dì)測試(shì)出(chū)塑料薄(báo)膜(mó)表麵張(zhāng)力(lì)是否達(dá)到(dào)試(shì)筆的數(shù)值。令(líng)使(shǐ)用(yòng)者清楚(chǔ)了解(jiě)此薄膜(mó)是(shì)否(fǒu)適合(hé)於(yú)印刷,復(fù)合或真(zhēn)空鍍(dù)鋁(lǚ)等等,從(cóng)而(ér)有效地控製質量,減少因(yīn)材質不合格(gé)所(suǒ)成的損失。它(tā)並(bìng)不於塑料(liào)薄膜(mó),還可以測(cè)試各(gè)種材料(liào)的(dí)表麵張力。
適用材料:
l 塑料薄(báo)膜類:PS,PE,PP,PET,PI,PC,NY,CPP,OPP,PVC,
l 導電(diàn)性材(cái)料(liào):鋁箔,銅箔,碳箔,蒸鍍膜。
l 其(qí)他(tā)材(cái)料:玻(bō)璃,陶瓷(cí),塑料片材,塑料(liào)管材等。
使(shǐ)用方(fāng)法(fǎ):
a.選擇合適達(dá)因(yīn)值的(dí)電暈(yùn)筆(bǐ)
b.將(jiāng)薄(báo)膜表麵清(qīng)潔(jié)幹淨(jìng)並平平鋪於水(shuǐ)平桌(zhuō)上
c.用電暈筆在(zài)薄膜麵(miàn)上輕輕(qīng)劃上(shàng)筆
d.如果(guǒ)三秒內(nèi)液體(tǐ)無(wú)收縮(suō),則(zé)達(dá)到所(suǒ)選達因,反之則未達到。
注:在使用可(kě)再(zài)充(chōng)式筆時,請(qǐng)不要用(yòng)力過大,否則(zé)會(huì)使量(liáng)過大(dà)影響(xiǎng)判斷。
